Nicholas Panos, Founder
The O.C. Mortgage Specialist

Nicholas Panos has had a distinguished career in the Mortgage Banking and Real Estate Industries. He gained valuable and in-depth knowledge of the lending process from his 10 plus years of combined experience as a Loan Officer and Real Estate Agent. During the process, he discovered how critical it was for all related parties to work collectively to best serve the client and meet critical time deadlines.

One constant throughout his career is the emphasis on teamwork and collaboration to achieve customer satisfaction and the ability to generate repeat and referral business. Nicholas is a specialist at coordinating multiple simultaneous activities and meeting client deadlines. 

In addition to his Real Estate Sales and NMLS License under the California Bureau of Real Estate he's also a California Notary Public & Owner/Operator of Penman Mobile Notaries in Santa Ana, CA.  Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys family and social activities with a passion for hiking, skiing, and traveling.
